Recruiting
- Sourcing resumes from Job portals, references and own / colleagues network.
- Sourcing resumes from networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn) / social media (FB etc.)
- Screening resumes and candidates (if / when required) for the interview on the
following criteria – communication skills, current experience, current and
expected salary package, education, notice period and family background
- Following up and scheduling interviews with candidates for the HR team / Departments
- Taking preliminary telephonic / personal interview (when and if required) for
shortlisting and determining candidate’s goals and suitability for the position
- Meeting target for vacancies filled and people placed
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization ( if / when required)
- Co-ordinating with recruitment agencies for sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes
- Conducting background checks when required
Experience in using BOOLEAN Search Technique. Experience in having worked on Reed,
monster.com, naukri.com, internshala.com, total jobs, cv library, career structure,
cw jobs, indeed, job serve, job site etc. Email and switchboard number searching
experience / capability.
Generalist – HR Functions
- Coordinating with candidates for their Pre - Post joining formalities
- Responsible for mentoring new team members
- Quality checking of daily tasks of self / team members (if / when required)
- Induction, joining formalities – onboarding, completing the
joining formalities i.e documents collection and filing, creating
official accounts, coordinating with IT / Admin team for technical and
infrastructure facilitation
- Conducting the Induction and orientation program
- Employee Documentation process completion – collection of resume, salary documents, completion of internal forms, offer approval, offer letter, Appointment letter, maintaining and updating personnel files
- Assisting. / coordinating the opening of salary account with our preferred bank
- Maintaining HR files (soft and hard copies).
- Maintaining employee information in various reports
- Employee engagement
- Co-ordinating with the labour consultant
- Maintaining and preparing reports and payroll files
- Updating, monitoring the HRMS. / HRIS
- Implementation of SOPs / HR policies as per the need
- Preparing regular reports and MIS
Employee Welfare
- Maintaining proactive employee relations to ensure organizational efficiency, peace and harmony
- Attending to employee’s grievances and complaints and providing timely, sensitive and proactive manner
- Ideate on employee motivational, team building and engagement activities to keep the morale high, and learning continuous
Candidate Profile required
- Under graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience of min 2 years in the HR dept.
(Intern should have completed minimum one 3 month assignment / project)
- Clear, and correct communication
- Good command over the English Language (a written test will be taken)
- Residing in the vicinity of Andheri (E), or an easy commute from Andheri on either the Metro / local train route
